The role of our English Teachers and Trainers is to teach and design in-company courses, and to provide guidance and support to the students in their learning. The role can be tailored to the candidate's skills and professional development goals beyond classroom delivery to participant coaching, curriculum development and sourcing, TNA and even account management. We aim to develop a long-term working relationship with all our teachers and a motivated, professional team.

Due to the level of responsibility given to our teachers, from day-to-day management of lessons and schedules to skills gap analysis and curriculum planning, this position is suitable only for experienced full-time teaching professionals who have a real passion for and understanding of training, a people-orientated and energetic personality, and a commitment to continuous development and improvement as a professional.

Please note that we have a 3 stage interview process: a short telephone screening interview, followed by a preliminary interview, after which candidates are short-listed (2 candidates per position) and invited to a second interview.

Requirements:
- appropriate schedule availability with a start date in the next couple of weeks

- native English speaker

- at least 2 years of experience in language training, preferably in a corporate environment.

- good educational background

- recognised CELTA or TEFL certificate with a substantial classroom practice component

- good IT skills, and preferably own laptop

- priority will be given to candidates with experience in the application of English to sales & marketing, law, finance or corporate communication skills training.

- prior knowledge of blended learning programs or e-learning is an advantage.

Part time positions are paid per contact hour, with an hourly rate from 19 to 24 Euros per hour gross depending on responsibilties and value-added experience.
