BEST ENGLISH TRAINING “B.E.T.” is located in the coastal city of YANTAI—near Qingdao--is in Shandong Province. We're minutes away from what many consider "one of the most beautiful beaches in China.

Best English Training is “Yantai’s Leader for English Training.” We are a professional language-training center catering to students of all ages, abilities and needs. We are committed to offering enjoyable—but relevant—English courses tailored to the needs of our students.

B.E.T. is located in the heart of the Kai Fa Qu (Special Economic Zone) in Yantai. We’re on the 9th floor of a 16-story high-rise, which is 10-minutes walk from what many consider “one of the nicest beaches in all of China.” A truly beautiful place to live and work while furthering yourself both personally and professionally.

Interested candidates should be people who are able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team with the purpose of bringing a stable and productive working experience to our school. In addition, qualified candidates will have 2 of the following 3 requirements:

1. TESOL and/or TEFL certification
2. College Diploma
3. ESL classroom experience

Qualified candidates receive Yantai's HIGHEST starting teacher's salary (5200 - 6000) for hours worked (25 hours maximum per week)! In addition to Yantai's HIGHEST starting teacher's salary, individual housing or an allowance will be provided plus excellent incentives (i.e. salary increases, contract completion bonus, paid holidays, ROUND-TRIP AIRFARE, VISA and all other proper documentation.

Starting salary determined based upon experience.
